Good and good for you; how is that possible? Not only is this some of the tenderest and the best tasting beef anywhere, but it is also healthier than your average beef. I first realized this when frying up burgers in a cast iron skillet and observed that the fat leftover in the pan did not turn solid at room temperature. Then I came to learn that this Wagyu is high in omega-6 fats. Life rarely gives you this combination decadent good taste in a healthy alternative to regular beef. THANK YOU for finding me, Marvin!

Definitely the best tasting and most tender beef around. Love making bone broth and soup stock using the marrow bones. In addition to being delicious the Wagyu beef makes great gifts for valued customers and employees.

OMG, Orchard Hills Wagyu beef has been the most incredible we have ever tasted! The premium steaks (tenderloin, ribeye, NY strip) were all sooo flavorful, tender, and juicy. The ground beef made the most delicious sliders and chili ever, each bite bursting with juicy beef flavor! And similarly, the braised beef chuck made for amazingly tender beef and vegetable stew or ropa vieja and the top sirloin took my stir-fry game to the next level. To make delicious food, it’s so helpful to start with excellent ingredients, and I’m so delighted that Orchard Hill Wagyu is the best!
